During the first several months of your case, we will review the Discovery: interview every relevant officers and witnesses in your case, review officer bodycam/dashcam, police reports, review calibration records for the breath machine, look for any issues in the State’s evidence and forensics. If we find any problems, we file motions to suppress, dismiss, or preclude evidence and appear at any hearings to argue on your behalf.
We will fight hard to get the best possible result for your case and based on your very own unique set of individual circumstances.
If the case comes to the point where the State is not going to dismiss, the overwhelming majority of the time, we will get the State to provide an offer that our client is happy with.
